Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final

Because Yumamay is a sealed, perishable food product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

For food safety and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, we want to make it right.

Please contact us at info@yumamay.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not available.

Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for review.

Shipping Damage

While we take great care in packaging every order, Yumamay is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim and working toward a fair resolution when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • All food and beverage products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or giveaway items

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment. Refunds are not issued for packages returned due to address errors.
