Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

If you’re outside these regions, email info@yumamay.com before purchasing. International requests are reviewed case-by-case.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Free shipping does not apply to Canada or special-request international shipments.
